Legacy school systems guard their own servers brilliantly — then force your staff to hit Export to CSV to get anything done. That's where school data really leaks: spreadsheets emailed to the wrong parents, laptops left on trains, old pupil lists rotting on hard drives. VIBE was built to make the download button pointless.
No more spreadsheet leaks.
Staff see live data inside role-based apps, so there's no reason to download anything. No CSVs on laptops means no CSVs in the wrong inbox.
No giant honeypot.
Legacy systems pool thousands of schools into one shared database — one glorious target. Your trust gets its own isolated cloud. A breach anywhere else can't touch you.
The 10-minute kill-switch.
Sensitive data is encrypted and the key is leased ten minutes at a time. If a security check fails, the lease stops — and the database scrambles itself into unreadable ciphertext.

Every app proves its code hasn't been tampered with before it touches real records. Unaudited code gets realistic fake data instead — so builders can experiment with zero risk to children.

Yes — we call it the prenup guarantee. Your apps live in your own GitHub organisation and run on your own cloud, so we couldn't switch them off if we tried. Cancel and we simply stop the live data sync; the code, designs and your data stay yours forever.
Sensitive records are encrypted at rest, and the key to read them is never stored on your server. Your apps borrow it from realsmart on a strict ten-minute timer. If our checks spot code that hasn't been audited, we stop lending the key — and within ten minutes the data on that server becomes safe, unreadable scrambled text.
Yes. Building happens in private AI workspaces with zero data retention enforced for the whole trust — nothing is cached or used to train public models. And until an app passes its audit, it only ever sees realistic fake data, never real children's records.
Just the cloud utilities, paid directly by your trust at cost with no markup from us: roughly $40–100 a month for hosting, $40 per builder per month for private AI workspaces, and a one-off $299 for the app component library. That's the whole list.
